HRV Explorer is a smartphone enabled heart rate variability (HRV) assessment tool. It has been observed that HRV is a better predictor of cardiac abnormalities than HR itself. The reduced HRV shows changes in the cardiac autonomic control before it is manifested by HR on the disease onset. The incorporation of HRV analysis in smartphone can assist physician to analyze long/short term interbeat interval (IBI) signals extracted from ECG recording automatically for clinical decision making. It has been design to record the ECG, display it on the screen, and transmit it to the physician/server for analysis. The device provides the information about time domain HRV measures. This can be shared with the physician for diagnosis and decision making. Furthermore, patients or persons at risk of cardiac disease can benefit from HRV Explorer as it assists them early risk assessment before the onset of disease.

We collect user data in three ways. Basic user information and physiological information through the application and physical activity data through googleFit API.All the data is stored on https://hrv.coding-guru.com server. We use this information for analysis purpose to provide more authentic and prescribed information to user based on their age, gender, physical and physiological condition. User can authenticate if they want to allow us to use their information for research purpose and they sign it digitally from their profile. However, we do not using any user information without user digital signatures.

HRV Explorer request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If permissions are granted than HRV Explorer collects precise real time location and runs the background services to detect user physical activities such as steps taken, running time, biking, places visited, drive time, and total active time spent. The app prompt for user permission to run in background and access the user precise location information. We use these service to determine healthier and hazzardous behavior of a user, for example, either one is a homey or workaholic person or working under extreme stressful conditions. It is important to keep track of health hazards such as a person is regularly driving for several hours of a day, a person visits bar to consume alcohol or fast-food restaurant for several times and consume high calories food or alcohol. However, we don not sell or disclose user informtion to any third party. The information remains on https://hrv.coding-guru.com server for atleast 30 days after collecting the geo locations.

No. third parties don not have access to our data and can not see users basic profile information. However, HRV Explorer contains GoogleFit module to access your daily physical and physiological activities. GoogleFit provides information upon user granted permissions and data retrieved from GoogleFit retain http://hrv.coding-guru.com server for 30 days.

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can't identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you've downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use. There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application: Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at support@coding-guru.com. Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third party network advertisers: you may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by changing the geo location from the device settings.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at privacy@coding-guru.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
